As myself and others mentioned in this and every other 'waterproof' thread, Goretex is overpriced crap when it comes to cycling. There are other materials that 'breath' 2x the amount that goretex does. Those are the ones that dont make you wet from the inside. There are multiple threads on which ones work well, do a search if your interested.
