Just curious… How many other men ride a Mixte, just for the style aspect?

What I mean by that is… I was drawn to the Mixte design, because of a replacement hip on my left side. I have found that bikes with a lower top bars are safer for me to mount and dismount. But, I have came to appreciate the Mixte frame design, for having such a unique and unmistakable look. I know form follows function, but to me, it seems all the new bicycles look the same. I would probably be drawn to the Mixte even if physical limitations didn’t dictate the need.

The reason I ask about “how many other men” is because I’m always reading where somebody is putting a Mixte together for a Wife, Daughter, or Girl Friend, but I was wondering how many other men really like the frame design, just for the unique aspect of riding one. After all, the very name implies that it was designed for both sexes…

Women, can feel free to post as well, because it is also a style choice for you as well, but it is probably thought more normal (whatever that is) for you than for a man.
