I have a couple of Schwinns of this era, and as a volunteer at the local bike co-op, I have tuned up many more. That one is in gorgeous condition (though it's hard to say about the mechanical details until you get your hands on it). If you just want one bike, that's a beauty and--if it fits you and is in good mechanical shape--it would be a good one to have.
I would never have to pay $100 around here (midwest college town), but if I wanted just one c/v bike in good shape, knowing what I know about them, I'd pay $100 for that bike if the market called for it.
