Interestingly, all of last year I did 5 2x20 workouts from Jan to Sept. Everything else were different threshold workouts given to me by the coach I was using. I never saw the raw number improvements I'm seeing this year. W/kg went up as I lost weight, but this year I'm getting W plus losing kg. I'm a 3x20 and 2x20 disciple now.
