Nice work. Your story took me down memory lane since I lost about 60 pounds about three years ago and routinely tracked my progress on a 20-mile loop. It was a pretty great day when I finally was able to finish the loop in an hour.
However, I went 3 months over this last winter where my schedule went to hell and I wasn't able to ride so now I'm looking at having to re-lose 20 pounds. The battle is never over.
