I think CyclArt did a good job with your frame. It looks very nice. Hopefully they clear-coated it. I recognize the before picture only too well. One of my mid-80's Pinarellos had those quick-release decals, too. I don't know why, but it seems like of all the mid-80's Italian bikes I've owned or seen, Pinarello's decals peeled off the easiest.
