So I bought the frame for $40 Canadian. Top tube is 56 cm seat tube is 58. BB is English and the headset is standard ISO best I can tell. Weird thing is its got that pretty lugging on the head tube and toptube/ seat tube junction but it has strange dropouts. They seem to be forged but have no hanger and aren't track ends.
