You don't lock your bike? My Portland is locked even in my living room. I don't need a kickstand because the U-lock holds it to whatever I've locked to. (And please don't tell me you lock such a nice bike with a POS cable lock.)

I replaced the factory fenderettes on mine with SKS P-35s. They look good, work well and don't rattle. The trick on the front one is to turn the stays over and use the lowrider rack mount. I kept the fenderettes for when I travel, since full fenders don't fit in a bike case.
