If you are willing to pay then the best all-round bike in your shortlist is the Birdy Speed because of its big bike feel and folding ability. Without a doubt the best on your list if you disregard pricing. The Tikit is more for commuting or someone requiring a far more compact fold. Nice little bike but not as good as the Birdy Speed by any means. The Birdy Speed will give you everything you want for short & long distance cycling. Have you also considered the 24 speed Birdy touring for its versatility? It's also a few hundred cheaper than the Speed.
