i did 1.5 hours of activity on Monday. Core/general exercise type stuff with about 45 minutes of interval riding. Killer workout. Something like 75 hindu squats, 100 lateral lunges, 100 "mountain climbers", pike, one handed pikes, etc.
the stuff on the bike was heavy prolonged accelerations in a 53x12. Then a few 5 minute + at 115 or higher cadence.
My legs were toast yesterday. I figured they would be OK by today's commute. They were not. Now I have been sitting here all day whimpering every time I have to stand and thinking only of the commute home.
At least the weather is nice....
