This happened to me just the other day. Ran over a rock with both wheels. Two flat tires with, believe it or not, multiple "pinches." One tube, a whole patch kit, and 3 cartridges later, I still had one flat tire
I did find out that the adapter you get with the Innovations Model (maybe others, too) allows you to use a standard gas station air hose.
