I have sent 2 emails and made 5 phone calls to Winner International (maker of "The Club" and other anti-theft devices).
Several of their products have the same "tubular cylinder" lock design.
Each time I called I got the operator who did the usual "transfer and disconnect". It appears that they are also in the denial mode regarding this issue.
