training guide
hi, myself and two mates are riding from Gold coast to sydney in Australia, a distance of around 850 km. we are all 16, have started training and are reasonable fit as have been cycling for a few years.we are doing it for charity and are planning on doing it in 5 days (150-160 km per day). however, we still need a set training plan- something we can do every day to build us up to the ride thats in 3 months. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP. just need a good training plan
