Bring lights ... just in case something happens and you take longer than planned. If it is supposed to rain, put the lights in a plastic baggie in whatever bag you're using on the bicycle, and dig them out when it starts to get dark. If you leave them on the bicycle for several hours in a rain, they might not work when you need them.
