yeah, those are kinda boring, albeit decent. i miss the LCBO...they have a great selection of microbrews and international brews (at least at the bigger locations). just grab a new/different bottle every time! even the beer store has a decent selection.

the hockley valley brew was tasty, though i dunno if it is still available in-store. even better, if you have a chance take a drive/ride to the brewery and have a talk with the brewmaster, andrew...tell him the guy from japan sent you, he should remember me. you can also stop in at peter cellars pub in mono cliffs. nice landscape there, though i suspect there may still be snow.

locally, grab the bike and do a brew tour around t.o. (granite, mill st., steamwhistle, amsterdam, c`est what, great lakes). too bad upper canada has left, since they were very well-located during the last CMWC in t.o!
