They're open until 6:00. I thought the point of the 132.5mm dropout was the ability to easily pinch it to 130. No need for spacers, my friend. I regularly pinch a 135mm frame down to 130mm (fully endorsed and warrantied by the manufacturer).

Speaking of beer, I've fallen in love with the diverse local selection on tap at the Victory. Had a couple great pints there last week. Any other pubs with good atmosphere/service AND good local brews? I like to drink the local stuff.
