Less time fronting and more time riding would be my suggestion.
My legs were definetly not happy but it was fun all the same. Essentially Maki hit the front on young and then those other guys pulled through and never looked back. It was starting to get wreckless and I was following just to stay with the group for people to see us together instead of getting splintered and confusing drivers.
And on the courier front, be prepared for dealing with **** from drivers AND other couriers but if you stick it out and work hard you'll have two legs, two lungs and a really solid farmer/glasses tan!
