My Cateye Astrale finally died so I just picked up a Cateye V3. (I may regret this. The basic Astrale has been a great computer. Simple and sleek.) Anyway, I received it in the mail yesterday and will hook it up today. It's the triple wireless 2.4 ghz model tracking speed, cadence, and heart rate.

The first thing I noticed as I unpacked it is that the sensor is HUGE. Much larger than the single wireless model. You can pick it up for around $165 if you check around the net.

We'll see how the set up and functionality goes. The quick setup guide looks pretty easy. The first thing I need to do is strip off all the wires from my old unit . I'm hoping to be able to switch it between 2 different bikes. I'll keep you posted.
