Basically I went in for my interview with the manager, stressed my good grades, high school cycling club, school leadership skills, and even posting on Bikeforums etc. etc. I stuck in references here and there to bike terminology and the bikes that I had built in the past. I talked about how I knew many businesses were reluctant to hire teenagers, but that I would be hard-working, responsible, and humble. It turned out well - they hired me on the spot!
