My biggest actual load was probably about 130 pounds of stuff. This included a 35LB box of cat litter strapped to the top of the rack, a few 12 packs of cola and a 1 gallon jug of punch in a duffel bag on my back, and both Banjo Bros. Saddlebag panniers crammed with groceries. I didn't think to get photos, but we'll say I had to park my bike at the bottom of the stairs and make three more trips to get everything upstairs.

Get off bike, un-bungee the box of cat litter, decide my duffel bag plus cat litter would be too much, go upstairs, drop off duffel bag.

Go down, get cat litter, go back up.

Go down, take the saddlebags off, lug them over my shoulders back upstairs

Go down, rescue my poor bike, go back upstairs.
