Congrats. Your love & passion of the sport will make you a good asset to the store. The rest is up to your people skill. People may not give you the respect because of your age, but don't be discouraged. Its a challenge to earn people's respect. I know your job is in sales, but don't be thinking about selling stuff. Sell your knowledge, sincerity & most of all your integrity. When people trust you & like you, they will buy from you. I don't want to bore you with my stories but that's from my own experience.
