Wow. I went out for a ride as well. My Torrey Pines times are going down the drain. Only managed 7.x mph whereas I used to get 10.

I got a little distracted with the new bike lane signs at Genesee and Campus Point, so took UCSD straight to PCH instead of doing the SDBC route. Up and down PCH with detours for 50 miles with only 2600 ft; but my legs are tired.
