I received my Bell CarGo rack today, and I think I am missing something that I need. It has 2 C-clamps included to use instead of braze-ons, but it tells me to use them at the attachment point under the seat, where I don't have braze-ons. I also don't have braze-ons by the hub, so do I need two more C-clamps?
