I just finished doing some 3 minute hill repeats up the beginning of a nice local climb. It averaged around 13%. I managed to do four repeats and also learned a valuable lesson. Do not eat a sub covered with banana peppers and jalapeno peppers a couple of hours before doing hill repeats.
I wasn't real sure what number to go with so this one was kind of a trial run. Here are the numbers.
1 - 409 watts avg
2 - 392 watts avg
3 - 374 watts avg
4 - 365 watts avg
It's amazing how bad three minutes can hurt.
