Well, it was a logical answer, perhaps without practical applications. I just checked my "complete set" of SAE allen keys and neither size is included in it either.

I thought an industrial supply house like McMaster-Carr or Grainger would have these odd sizes. However, I just checked McMaster-Carr's web site and none of their extensive sets include either size so apparently they aren't made.

One other possibility is to try various size Torx bits. These are sometimes used to salvage a damaged Allen head bolt by providing a tight friction fit where the hex key will no longer work.
