I've got one. Frame and fork = $600. I've got mostly run-of-the-mill components; probably spent around a grand total? I dunno. Velocity Aeros and Miche Primato hubs, chop-n-flop bars. A lot of the parts I just transferred over from my old conversion fixie. Here's a pic:
