Yeah, the garbage is nuts out there. Tthe thing I notice most are the cigarette butts. It is really bad, there must be a way to get people to throw them into receptacles, has anyone seen something like that (or another solution) in other cities?

There used to be small metal box-like containers in front of some buildings but they've disappeared in recent years.
