I guess I am an official Clyde, at 225 lbs. Just hit 40 years old recently, and 10 yrs of american living has taken its toll. I lived in Japan in my 20's, was rather fit there eating a Japanese diet of rice and fish, and did a bit of cycling also. Now looking to drop about 50 lbs to get back down to a comfortable weight for me. I bought a 07 Bianchi Via Nirone with 105 components at a sweet price ($800!!!), and finally got a chance to get out and ride it today, only about 12 miles, but it's a start! Weather here has been @%#^$@! (still ice patches on the bike rails, especially under the bridges). I've noticed there are quite a few here in SE MN, was wondering where and when you all ride. I know the RASC has group rides Mon and Wed, my son rode a few of them last summer. I am planning on riding the MN Ironman in Lakeville April 27th, anyone else here going?
