Yup, USA cycling sees any training race as a sanctioned training race (I think). Anyway, we'll have one day licenses and the waivers on hand. I'll be working registration for the C race so say hi - my name is Oppie.
P.S. These races still count towards the upgrade as they are mass start races.
ah great, thanks a lot, i might just get a license anyway because im planning to do some racing during the summer.
