after our postings yesterday I really got worried about doing the 1mins on the trainer and I think it was some what justified because I had a hard time making a smooth transition from standing and hammering to sitting and holding on.
I debated for a good bit about braving the pouring rain and doing the first half outside anyway.
Even though I came up slightly shy on the last two tests I think Ive reached all the goals my coach set for me last fall.
I want to get the Kinetic Rock'n'roll trainer for exactly this reason.
