I'm about 5'10" with about a 31 inch in seam. i think it is a 56 cm. All i know when I get off the seat and stand over the top tube its a half inch or so from the nether regions. Sorry about how crude that was I am really new to this whole biking thing and thats best way I could describe how it fits me.
