not Mercier, but Mercer. I got a hold of this frame and built it up, but know nothing about it's history and am finding nothing online, via google, sheldon, or searching here.

the model is a "raceabout" and when i got the frame it had the current headset (no markings) and super maxy cranks on it, even though there's nothing to say that either of those are original. help?!
