Thanks everyone! I will simply ride harder during the week. And believe me, I'm not "showing off" on the uphills. I'm running a 11-28 in the rear, but usually don't go pass 26. (50/34 front, 28 is there for Sierra road). I actually don't go too hard, 'cause then I just have to wait at the top anyway.
The plan is to run intervals and be more aero. I talked to my friend and she says that's my problem. Well, actually she said I suck at the aero and don't draft close enough. Another thing to work on I guess. On the bright side, I mgiht be getting a huge discount on a powertap. with a good plan, I should be fast enough to race in a year or 2.
