Change your riding position...
I made some subtle yet very noticeable changes in my riding position this year and it's made a big difference.
I moved my saddle back about 10-12mm and now I'm engaging my hamstrings and glutes alot more. I also changed my bars with a shallower drop. My back is flatter and I'm definately more areo. The end result is that I'm faster. I even climb better while seated. Other than that work on pedalling efficiency.
