Thanks for all the good wishes and offers of help, guys. I really appreciate it. FWIW, I went to the walk-in on Spadina & Bloor to have the knee looked at. That doctor didn't think there was an issue, but he gave me a prescription for Naproxen and sent me to the x-ray clinic at College and Brunswick, just to be sure I hadn't broken or fractured my Patella (knee-cap). The X-Rays came out clean, but I was cautioned that the pain in my knee wouldn't subside for about 2 weeks. Hopefully, it won't take that long.

If I can draw anything from this experience, it would be a firm belief in mandatory re-testing for G or M class motorists every 10 years. Seriously, people need to keep having the rules of the road beaten into their heads. Now for some pics:
