the purpose of this post was more to ask if you guys have a workout that you assay your fitness with, or a "worlds" group ride to see how you stack up, or whatever.
I have been riding alone for the past 3 months since apparently no one but me rides in cold WI weather.
Anyways, first race is Apr. 13th so I'll see if I survive the Cat 5 meat-grinder.
