In your price range do not even consider a full suspension bike. What you get for that money will be extremely low quality if not outright dangerous.

By the sound of it, you're looking to get into mountain biking, not just peddle around the block or get to work. It that's the case, either save up some more money for a lower end Trek or Kona model bike or get your local Bargain Finder and buy a used bike, after having a shop check it out. For $200CDN you will not, anywhere, get a new bike that can hold up to regular use off road.

Again, for your own safety, if you do buy a new bike in this price range, do not get a full suspension bike, and have someone who knows what they're doing check it out before you get on.
