If a class action suit is filed on the basis that the "purchasers of BD bikes" (the class) are being defrauded concerning the components of their bicycles, BD (with a good lawyer) could very likely prove that the sealed cartridge ISIS spline hollow spindle bottom bracket provided is functionally identical to the Truvativ sealed cartridge ISIS spline hollow spindle bottom bracket.
