I have a 2005 Lemond Poprad and am planning on touring with a trailer this summer across the country. I'm already set on the bike I am using and the trailer. I do however need to switch out the front crank for a triple, as it only has a double 46-38 on it currently. The bike currently has full 105 drive train and I was thinking I would probably go with a a new triple 105 derailleur. For the crank however, I'm Looking for something like 22-32-44. I'm curious which brands and models of cranksets people really like and recommend. I was looking at the '08 Tiagra but I'm open for some other suggestions. I was told by my LBS that if I was to put the Tiagra on, i would need a new bottom bracket also. Not exactly sure why but I'll go with it. Anyways, give me some tips. Thanks
