Everything is radial non-drive these days...even 303 and 404 wheels from Zipp.
I raced the Williams tonight. They performed very well. Very stiff under power and went through the turns with no drama. Ended up 7th tonight...to cap off a 100km ride...! One thing I noticed was the lack of a behavior. When you are at high(er) speeds on Carbones and stand to sprint, there is a sort of gyroscopic effect. I think it's because the rims are heavy. There's none of that from the Williams.
If it came down to used Zipps/Carbones/HED/etc and new Williams, I'd go new Williams everytime.
