Thanks for the tips and reassurance about the washers.

The brakes weren't on it when I bought it, as I had the option of fixed or SS. I put the front brake on and it works fine. The rear brake cable needs to be replaced, so I'm just going to upgrade the entire brake system while I'm at it.

What are priest bars?
