Does anyone shave the little tag "off" the dropouts on the front fork? My older steel bikes did not have the tags and getting the wheel on/off was a lot easier and quicker. I watch how quickly a wheel can be changed at the ToF or Pro Races and see they are not having to deal with the extra twists needed to remove/tighten the wheel skewer while holding up the bike. Looking at my bike, all it would take is a few well placed file strokes. So, do you shave or not?
