The RS2 frame uses Campagnolo's integrated standard. The "CE" is FSA's model name for this standard.
The Cane Creek IS-2i and IS-8i (notice the i), are the Campy standard headsets that fit in the RS2 frame. I bought the IS-2i and will see how this gap goes. The IS-8i has a bottom neoprene seal that goes over the gap.
It may be if we are all unsatisfied with the gap, there will be a run on IS-8i headsets (but it will cost you).
