If it's not leaking now then it won't leak tomorrow. I've seen where it's not supposed to be good for higher pressures though so perhaps just fill to something like 70 to 80.

The big deal for me is that the stuff would be heavy in the wheel and I've heard that it can be pretty wobbly until a few turns evens it out. And of course there's that issue that you can't patch the tube.

If it was me I'd buy two or three tubes and a patch kit. And if you don't have them already a small seat bag to keep your tube, tire levers and any tools you need and a frame pump. That way you're able to recover from a flat and it's not a big deal.

Because it does not matter what you have for tires or liners there's always that super thorn that's got your name......
