Your question being who is "we"? You wanted a list? "We" is anyone that was associated with the person using that word, in the context in which it was used. Often it was in reference to a group of people that would ride together. I can't give you a list, both because it is not a single group, and also because I was not usually part of that "we". That group was not exclusive, it was open-ended and they were happy to include anyone that desired to be included.
