No, nowhere near $550. That is a Japanese made Bianchi. There's nothing wrong with the quality of those bikes, in fact they may have better brazing than their Italian made counterparts but they have zero collectability. If you're gonna drop $500 on an 80s vintage bike it better be a great rider (that bike may well be) and have some collectability retro-snobbishness attached to it as well (the bike fails in that category.) A celeste Campy Neuvo Record or Super Record Bianchi would be, arguably, a deal at $550. That bike is maybe worth a $100-150 as it does look clean.

Bianchi offered a complete line of bikes in the 70s and 80s. From pro to beginner. The 2nd bike is one of the beginners. Probably sold for about $250 in the late 70s early 80s. Maybe a bit more b/c the Bianchi name could bring a premium but equivalent to the Schwinn LeTours, Motobecane Mirages and etc that sold for about the price I mentioned.
