Um, I KNOW someone who bought one of these---a newly retired guy bought it to haul his brand new gigantic RV around. Not exactly the march of good ol' technology for the betterment of humankind.

Of course you're right, most will be purchased for work needs, but apparently not all.

Insult to injury: the guy who bought this thing has been a hard core bike tour monster for years. I am truly at a loss.
