I use a Garmin Fortrex 101 on both of my folders. Works very well for speed, distance, elevation, & total time running. Even has a "bread crumb" trail and route taken can be downloaded later and over layed on a map or satellite picture.

It will mount on your wrist or handle bar (has very secure bike mount). ....And it plugs into our laptop and will interface with Microsoft's 'Streets and Trips' map program where it acts just like a GPS system - minus an annoying voice.

It was something like $130. online, and can also be purchased at REI.

NOTE: The 'SCREEN' shown below is the one I usually have up when riding, but several others are possible.
