These don't seem to get as much talk as they used to...but a nice frame and fork (Reynolds 631/carbon--a significant step above 4130 or 520), and good mid-entry-level components (Formula hubs, Alex rims, FSA cranks, Ritchey bars and post, etc.).

You could do better building up a conversion, but for OTP, I think Jamis is one solid way to go.
