I have an Italian threaded BB and have had no problem finding replacements. Harris Cyclery was a huge help. You may even be able to order online. If you still can't find them I can sell you a Shimano UN-73 113mm italian sealed BB. It has about 100 miles on it. It made fixing my chainline a pain in the ass so I replaced it with a 107.
